How long does shipping take? 3-7 business days.

 

When will my order ship? All orders ship priority the next business day.

 

Are products refundable? All sales are final.

 

Can I return my item? We do not accept refunds on returns because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.

 

Exchanges? Email lolalalasheffect@gmai.com to exchange a product. 

Can I pick up my order? If you are located in the Charlotte, NC area you are able to pick up your items just chose the pick up option at checkout.

• Fill ins are strongly recommended every 2-3 weeks
• It is important to clean your lashes from build up every 3 days
• Why do my extensions fall out? Each person sheds about 1-5 natural lashes shed per day therefore, they shed with your natural lashes.

About

They are individual lash extensions. I take an extension & place it on each one of your individual lashes. I provide the lashes. It takes about 1-hour 45min+ for a full set. You are laid back relaxed with your eyes closed and music playing (naps ok). When applied correctly by me, they do no damage to the natural lashes.
